  • By accessing or using Scan Now, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service

  • Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms
  • We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification

Electronic Communications

  • You agree to receive communications from us electronically
  • Communications may include emails, notices, and messages within the app
  • You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing

2. Service Description

Scan Now Features

  • Scan Now is a document scanning and management application
  • Features include document scanning, OCR (Optical Character Recognition), file storage, and document organization
  • The service is provided on a freemium model with optional premium features
  • Features may be added, modified, or removed at our discretion

User Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use this service
  • Parents or guardians are responsible for their children's use of the service

Service Availability

  • We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime
  • We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the service for maintenance or updates
  • We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions

3. User Conduct

Prohibited Activities

  • You may not use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
  • You may not scan, store, or share illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
  • You may not use the service to distribute malware or interfere with security features
  • You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service
  • You may not use automated tools to access the service without permission

Content Standards

  • You retain ownership of content you upload to the service
  • By uploading content, you grant us a license to use it solely to provide the service to you
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and process any content
  • We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms or applicable laws

Intellectual Property Rights

  • The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by UnitVN., JSC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws
  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the service

  • We do not guarantee that results from use of the service will be accurate or reliable
  • We do not guarantee that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the service will meet your expectations

Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, UnitVN., JSC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • This includes but is not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid, if any, for using the service
  • In no event shall we be liable for any damages resulting from use or inability to use the service

6. Termination

Termination by User

  • You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using account deletion features within the app
  • You are responsible for backing up any data you wish to retain before termination
  • Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease

Termination by Service

  • We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms
  • We may terminate your account if we reasonably suspect fraud or illegal activity
  • We may terminate or suspend the service entirely with or without notice
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason

Effect of Termination

  • Upon termination, all provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive will survive
  • This includes but is not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability
  • We may delete your data and account information upon termination

7. Governing Law

Jurisdiction

  • These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam
  • Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service will be resolved in accordance with Vietnamese law
  • The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to these terms

Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to these terms will be resolved through good faith negotiations
  • If negotiations fail, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with rules of the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre
  • Each party waives any right to a jury trial
  • Arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis; class actions are not permitted

Severability

  • If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary
  • The remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect
  • The failure of either party to enforce any right or provision of these terms will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision
